We collect the account details you provide through Mexnon ID (such as your name, email, and username), the content you add to your profile, and basic usage data such as profile views, QR and NFC scans, device type, and approximate country.
2. How we use your information
We use your information to operate your public profile, provide analytics on how your profile performs, keep your account secure, and improve the product. We do not sell your personal data.
3. Authentication
Sign-in is handled by Mexnon ID using OAuth 2.0. Cardipy never sees or stores your password; we only receive the tokens and basic profile details needed to create your session.
4. Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and a privacy-preserving, hashed visitor identifier to count unique profile visitors. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
5. Analytics
Profile owners can see aggregated analytics about their own profiles. Visitor data is stored in a privacy-preserving form and is not used to identify individual visitors.
6. Sharing
Information you place on a public profile is, by design, visible to anyone with the link. We share data with service providers such as hosting and image storage only as needed to run Cardipy, under appropriate safeguards.
7. Data retention
We keep your data for as long as your account is active. You can delete content at any time, and removing your account removes your public profile.

9. Security
We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections and secure token-based authentication. No method of transmission is completely secure, but we work hard to protect your information.
