You sign in through Mexnon ID and are responsible for the activity on your account. Keep your Mexnon ID credentials secure and notify us of any unauthorized use.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Cardipy for anything unlawful, misleading, or harmful, including impersonation, spam, malware, infringing content, or attempts to disrupt the service.
4. Your content
You retain ownership of the content you add to your profile. You grant Cardipy a limited license to host and display that content so we can operate your public profile. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to everything you post.
5. Intellectual property
Cardipy, its branding, and its software are owned by Mexnon. These terms do not grant you any right to use our trademarks without permission.

We aim to keep Cardipy reliable and available, but the service is provided on an as-available basis and we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
7. Termination
You may stop using Cardipy at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or harm other users or the service.
8. Disclaimer and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cardipy and Mexnon are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the service.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
